Hawk and Fisher (Hawk and Fisher Series #1) - Perfectly predictable, with eye-crossingly stupid plot points. I'm reading another by this author, Drinking Midnight Wine, which seems, thus far, to be more tightly written. Maybe Hawk & Fisher is an anomaly.
